For the ultimate meal of the year, Champlain Restaurant invites you to enjoy an exceptional evening. An experience inspired by the St. Lawrence River and the regions it connects.

For this evening, Chef Tristan Ratcliffe Lambert and his team present an eight-course menu, showcasing the products, craftsmanship, and riches of Quebec’s terroirs.

The St-Lawrence River guides us. The terroirs inspire us. Hospitality brings us together.

Enjoy the timeless elegance of the Champlain
8-course menu with a selection of fine wines + champagne
Prices:
Adult: $718.75 (gratuity included, taxes extra);
Children ages 6–12: $402.50 (gratuity included, taxes extra);

The evening will be enlivened by the musical world of Mademoizelle Fizz, in an atmosphere that is festive, elegant, and warm. At midnight, it’s time to celebrate: a glass of champagne will be served so we can all toast the arrival of the new year together.

Full prepayment is required to confirm your reservation.
