To end the year with a bang, let yourself be swept away by the heady atmosphere of the Roaring Twenties. For one exceptional evening, Bistro Le SAM is transformed by the sophistication and excitement of the Gatsby era.

In the elegant setting of Le SAM, savor a sumptuous five-course menu, accompanied by enchanting music, dancing, and performances inspired by the greatest cabarets of the 1920s and 1930s.

Two experiences are available:

1- Atrium (Verrière):
In the spectacular setting of the Verrière, treat yourself to a five-course menu designed to celebrate this exceptional evening. Upon your arrival, a bottle of exclusive Château Frontenac Champagne will be waiting for you at your table—a refined prelude to a memorable night. As midnight approaches, savor the digestif of your choice and raise a final toast to the year that has passed before welcoming the new one.

Atrium (verrière) rates:
Adult: $511.75 (gratuity included, taxes extra);
Children ages 6–12: $258.75 (gratuity included, taxes extra).

2- Lounge:
In the cozy and elegant atmosphere of the Lounge, let yourself be swept away by an immersive five-course experience, enhanced from the moment you arrive with a welcome cocktail carefully crafted by our mixologists. As midnight approaches, you’ll be served a glass of champagne to celebrate the moment and ring in the New Year.

Lounge rates:
Adult: $408.25 (gratuity included, taxes not included);
Child ages 6–12: $258.75 (gratuity included, taxes not included).

* Children 5 years old and under are not permitted. Please ask our restaurant staff about available options.

Date: December 31, 2026
Service: Starting at 9:00 p.m. at Bistro Le SAM. Countdown at midnight. Event ends at 2:00 a.m.
Recommended attire: Chic and casual.
Gatsby-inspired attire is welcome. 

Full prepayment is required to confirm your reservation.

* All children must be accompanied by an adult.

* Please note that no refunds or cancellations will be accepted after December 15 at 11:59 p.m. The “Friends of the Château” and “Quebec Residents” discounts do not apply to this special event.
