Two talented chefs join forces to offer you a unique gastronomic journey, combining the richness of Portuguese cuisine with the local flavour of Quebec. Chef Helena Loureiro and Chef Gabriel Molleur-Langevin propose a 6-course menu featuring exquisite dishes.
In a wine and food pairing formula, discover an exclusive selection of exceptional wines from three of Portugal’s great wine-growing regions. The evening will feature the Quinta Nova De Nossa Senhora Do Carmo, Taboadella and Herdade Aldeia de Cima wineries.
Luisa Amorim, a leading figure in the Portuguese wine industry and entrepreneurship, will be present at the event. This is a unique opportunity to exchange with a distinguished businesswoman at the helm of the Amorim family’s prestigious wineries.
